MEMBERSHIP HOLDS & CANCELLATIONS
1. Have you considered holding/freezing your membership?
If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can send us an email on info@boxxdfitness.com and we will process that for you.
All members have the option to put their membership on hold. The hold period can be no less than 30 days and must be requested will a specified release date. No indefinite holds will be granted unless specified by BOXXD Fitness.
A notice period of 14-days must be given before you would like the hold to begin. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
2. Need to cancel?
If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, you can submit a cancellation request via email to info@boxxdfitness.com.
After this email, you will be required to fill out a short questionnaire. This questionnaire response will serve as your 30-day written cancellation request as required by your membership agreement.
Your membership will be cancelled 30-days from the submission of the cancellation questionnaire response.
Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee of the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you should have been on as outlined in your membership agreement.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), new membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.
